Description
Healing Ground is a transformative 6-week program led by Jennifer Finch, a seasoned somatic trauma therapist. This program integrates somatic practices, relational work, and the latest medical research to address selfhood struggles, intimacy issues, and trauma. Participants will engage in weekly sessions, practice assignments, and report writing, learning to embody their core self, break from harmful patterns, and attain emotional maturity. Grounded in the Realization Process, it offers tools for lifelong self-differentiation and integrity.
