Position: Independent Contractor / Psychotherapist (part-time or full-time)
Compensation: $68–$99 per clinical hour (approximately $85,000–$120,000+ annually, depending on licensure and weekly caseload)

Top Clinical Needs (priority consideration): Anxiety & OCD (ERP), Trauma, Teens/college students, Parents/Perinatal/Postpartum, Neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism), Grief/medical trauma, Couples (Gottman), and/or Child/Adolescent (play, CBT/DBT skills).

Responsibilities: Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, and individualized treatment plans; deliver evidence-based therapy and update plans as needed; maintain timely, high-quality documentation in our EHR (same-day or within 24 hrs); part-time clinicians see a minimum of 15 clients per week, full-time clinicians a minimum of 25 per week; collaborate with our team through consults and shared resources; provide excellent client care and communication.

Qualifications: GA-licensed LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or Associate (APC, LMSW) in good standing; strong clinical formulation, evidence-based approach, and warm, clear communication; professional liability insurance (minimum 1M/3M) and HIPAA-compliant tech practices; growth-minded, organized, and collaborative.
