Asynchronous Hours do not require participants and instructors to be present at the same time. These activities are self-paced and can be completed according to the participant’s own schedule within a defined timeframe. Instructional content is made available in advance, and participants engage with it independently, without real-time interaction. While participants may be able to contact instructors with questions, responses are not immediate. Asynchronous activities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Pre-recorded Lectures or Webinars: Educational videos that participants can watch at any time, with no live component or simultaneous viewing required;
• Online Modules or Courses: Self-paced learning experiences that include readings, videos, quizzes, and other instructional materials accessed through an online platform
