Position: Therapist (Child, Adolescent, or Family Focused)
Location: Hybrid (In-Person in Georgia)
Employment Type: 1099 Contractor or W2 (depending on structure)

We specialize in child, adolescent, and family therapy, with a reputation for compassionate care, clinical excellence, and a heart-centered approach to healing.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled therapist to provide individual and/or family therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults. Ideal candidates are grounded, self-aware, open to collaboration, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy based on your specialization and caseload

• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner using our EHR (SimplePractice)

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision (if pre-licensed)

• Collaborate with schools, parents, and care coordinators as appropriate

• Maintain ethical and culturally sensitive practices

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Licensure in Georgia (LAPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT), or pre-licensed working toward full licensure

• Experience or interest in working with children, adolescents, and families

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic records

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with trauma-informed care

• Training in play therapy, DBT, EMDR, or other modalities

• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)

• Interest in inner child work or holistic approaches

Compensation:
